    • If you have placed a pre-order item alongside other in-stock products, we will wait to dispatch your order until all items are available.
    • If you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, please order them separately.
    • Once we receive the pre-order shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch.

  • International customs fees, tariffs, and duties are not within our control, and they are the responsibility of the respective government authorities and the recipient of the shipped goods. 

    These fees are determined by the customs regulations and import policies of the destination country. We are unable to provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties differ by country. They are not associated with or imposed by our brand.

    If you opt to decline or refuse delivery due to customs fees, we will issue you with a full store credit upon receiving your order back at our HQ.

  • Please understand that we hold no responsibility over your item once it has left our warehouse and been accepted by the postal service. We cannot be held liable for any shipment delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages thereafter. 

    For efficient tracking and resolution of any delivery-related concerns, we advise reaching out to Australia Post/DHL directly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

  • Returns can be made for an exchange or store credit provided the returned item meets the following criteria:

    1. Your item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    2. The item is in saleable condition, that it is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached. 
    3. You have correctly followed the returns process and included a printed copy of our Returns Slip in your returns parcel.


    We do not offer refunds or cancellations. 


    RETURNS / EXCHANGE STEPS:

    1. Check your item meets the Returns Criteria: 
      - Item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
      - Item is unworn, unwashed and not damaged in anyway. 
      - Original packaging and tags are attached. 
    2. Package up the item that you wish to send back to us (we recommend using the original order tissue paper and postage bag - you can turn this inside out).
    3. Print and fill out the Returns Slip - which can be found HERE
      Please note the Returns Slip MUST be included in your returns order or we not process the return. 
    4. Post the order back to us at Bye Bambi
    5. Once you have posted your order back send us an email (info@byebambi.com) with your order number and return tracking number. 


    ** Failure to follow these steps correctly will result in your return or exchange not being processed and your item will be returned back to you. **

  • These guidelines are in place to help create a safe environment on all social media channels run by Bye Bambi, in the best interests of the well-being of our community, our customers and our staff.

    The aim of our social media channels is to communicate with our community. We ask that anyone engaging with our social media channels shows courtesy, kindness and respect for us and for all other members of our social media channels. 

    By engaging with our social media channels, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines.

    • Comments that share knowledge, kindness, and support.
    • Comments that share learning opportunities that would be of interest to other Bye Bambi social media community members
    • Defame, abuse, harass, antagonize, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of Bye Bambi or others.
    • Contain spam unrelated to Bye Bambi, or our values and practices.
    • Deceive others, be obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, hateful, inflammatory, or promote sexually explicit material or violence.
    • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, age, or other protected or personal attributes.
    • Breach any of the terms of any of the social media platforms themselves.
    • Contain advertising or promote unrelated services.
  • We reserve the sole right to determine whether contributions to our social media channels breach our guidelines. We reserve the right to hide or delete comments made on our channels, as well as block users who do not follow these guidelines.

    Comments, responses, or other publications may also be submitted to law enforcement agencies or bodies if we have reasonable belief that disclosure of such information is necessary to protect the safety of the public or an individual.

  • We will do our best to moderate and respond to comments and feedback. Although we are moderating our channels to help ensure that users’ publications comply with these policies, we are not liable for any damage and are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any comments or materials published by users.
