At Bye Bambi, we believe you cannot exploit humans in one country to empower them in another. We hold the artisans who create our garments in the highest regard, valuing not only their craftsmanship but, more importantly, their livelihood. We ensure they are paid fairly, have access to safe working conditions, work standard 9–5 hours, and have weekends and holidays off. These relationships are sacred—they are like family to us. We value transparency and strive to help make ethical clothing production the new standard, spreading this message and adding momentum to the slow fashion movement.

While we work to reduce human suffering, we also care deeply for the earth we share. We believe in using resources efficiently, minimising waste, and supporting sustainable ecosystems. As a contributor to the fashion industry, we understand the impact of textile pollution and overproduction. To combat this, we release garments in small pre-order drops, repurpose fabric offcuts, and upcycle dead stock to create high-quality, long-lasting pieces. We continue to research sustainable materials, collaborate with industry leaders, and make ethical production a core part of Bye Bambi.
